Job Description
We are looking for an organised, motivated individual with good written and spoken English to provide general administrative services to the managing director and our team leaders within our arboricultural contracting business.
We have won multiple new contracts and require someone in this role 5 days per week, 4 to 5 hours per day.
The job will be remote/home based with a laptop and phone supplied plus broadband connection
The successful candidate will be expected to update spreadsheets daily, do basic bookeeping entries on xero, sort and respond to emails from clients, input and monitor service and MOT dates on our vehicle and machine fleets and liase with on site team leaders to provide admin support, suppliers and client representatives.
In return we are offering a strong hourly rate and following a probation period, the successful applicant will be invited to join our LLP as a partner with profit share.
