Our aim is to ‘Listen, Learn, Act’ as our employees are at the heart of our organisation. At recent briefings, employees fed back to us that they felt listened to around ideas, culture, transformation and new ways of working. From this feedback we have reshaped how our teams deliver services and embraced a systemic approach to working with families and children.
From this we have worked closely with our Employee Voice groups who have helped develop our new values of TRACK
Trust
Respect
Ambition
Collaboration
Kindness
By living and breathing these values, our employees will be working in an environment with a positive workplace culture and where all feel Proud to be BwD.
We know we cannot deliver our services and achieve fantastic results without our employees feeling happy, motivated and supported in their roles.
We recognise that diversity is a strength and we welcome applications from everyone irrespective of ethnic origin, gender, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, marital status, disability or social background.
