Job Description

Vivienne Westwood is looking for an enthusiastic E-commerce Studio Coordinator to join our expanding team in our Merton E-commerce office.


JOB OVERVIEW

Co-ordinating the seamless delivery of studio workflow and upload deliverables from start to finish. Process-driven and highly methodical with the ability to take ownership of the workflow, team assignment and studio co-ordination.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate the inbound and outbound of product and sample workflow for Photo Studio.
  • Prepare, develop, and maintain all seasonal range plans and shoot lists in accordance with the studio daily operations and upload planner.
  • Organise and track content allocation for asset delivery across E-commerce and Selling campaign checklists.
  • Request stock to shoot upon demand to optimise content readiness for seasonal product and on model imagery. Assess available stock levels and holding across locations. Direct all stock transfers, adhering to company SLA and transfer protocol.
  • Facilitate day-to-day workflow between company stakeholders and studio team to confirm weekly upload to the website.
  • Track, monitor and flag creative studio tasks to oversee production for photography, copy and design are moving through the process efficiently.
  • Ensure jobs are allocated to the correct person(s) across the E-Commerce Photography, Retouch and Copywriting team with enough time to meet deadlines and exceed targets where possible for upload.
  • Manage the end-to-end asset file naming, and upload for JOOR selling campaign season.
  • Work with Stock Controller, Photography, Retouch, Image Content Controller and Copy team to review and coordinate all content readiness for upload during ECOM and JOOR season, ensuring content readiness is sent for upload in time and complete.
  • Work with Online Digital Merchandisers to optimise efficiency of content delivery and lead times on website upload activation.
  • Manage the end-to-end process of studio workflows- prioritising and pre-empt the follow up of any discrepancies in a timely manner, with clear concise communication.
  • Manage footfall and traffic of Photo Studio during external shoots, coordinating activities.
  • Forecast and plan weeks/ months ahead to identify high risk calendar projects, flagging resource requirements, such as freelancers or model sets accordingly.
  • Optimise team resource according to and budget to generate efficient studio out and productivity.
  • Oversee Photo Studio operations, product lifecycle, office maintenance, and upkeep between Studio Administration Assistant and Warehouse and logistics team.
  • Represent the Photo Studio in wider department meetings to communicate shoot checklist status and content readiness.
  • Assist the E-commerce Studio Production Manager and E-commerce Manager to maximise photo studio workflow and making sure all targets are being accomplished in a timely manner.
  • Support with day -to -day maintenance of online site, coordinating shoots for the refresh and update of online product/ model imagery.
  • Keep accurate administrative records for all jobs worked on - manage expectations on delivery through clear communication and timely updates to in-house client.
  • Allocate time within the upload/ content schedule for any ad hoc shoots for Marketing, Press, Design and Visual requests, including requests by the E-commerce Studio Operations Manager.
  • Update and maintain studio calendars according to upload targets, shoot activities, team holidays.
  • Be the point of contact for any studio or upload related queries.
