Then consider a move to the Reproductive Medicine Team at St. Mary’s Fee-Paying department as a Fee Paying, Donor and Satellite co-ordinator.
The fee paying department within the Department of Reproductive Medicine is available to patients who are not eligible for NHS funded fertility treatment.
Right now, we’re looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to work as a Fee Paying, Donor and Satellite co-ordinator as part of the multi-disciplinary team in our busy Out Patient environment. As well as ensuring the provision of a range of administrative and secretarial support in the clinical area, you’ll see that support is delivered in accordance with relevant policies, procedures, protocols and guidelines. We’ll also look to you to validate appropriate clinics, ensure clinic capacity and manage waiting lists.
To succeed you’ll need, good communication, organisational and interpersonal skills, lots of self-motivation and enthusiasm and a flexible approach. In return, we’ll provide local training regarding using the hospital systems and other training appropriate to the post. You’ll also receive an annual appraisal to discuss your personal development. As a department, we’re constantly seeking to improve the patient service we provide. An environment of changes and challenges, you’ll be joining a strong team of Consultants that works with other members of a very dedicated MDT to ensure the very best standards.
