Already very close to taking the next step to running your own unit, you will need to demonstrate leadership potential. Someone who is looking to progress and grow into a larger role would suit the position perfectly. This position is a hands-on role with scope for increased responsibility and progression. Our requirements are:
Essential:
- Minimum 2 years appropriate experience in restaurant/drinks/leisure sector
- Previous exposure to delivery operations (Deliveroo, Just Eat, Uber Eats)
- Exceptional communication skills
- Good computer skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proven ability to inspire and motivate your team
- Excellent food and drink knowledge
- Knowledge of current Health and Safety/Food Hygiene Regulations
Preferred:·
- Drivers License and own transportation
- Barista training
- Previous experience making and serving cocktails
The role is flexible and has the option to be undertaken across our three sites, on a four shifts per week basis. Dependent upon experience, the role will encompass management of various aspects of our operation: food counter service, barista service and cocktail bar.
Reporting to the Unit Manager, duties would include:
- Opening and closing of a venue
- Basic cookery and food preparation
- Management of the team during business hours
- Following cashing up and banking procedures
- Involvement in recruitment and induction of new employees
- Maintaining company standards.
