Eight Versa is looking for a dynamic and commercially savvy Sustainability Consultant with excellent project delivery skills. The purpose of this role is to grow and nurture client relationships whilst delivering sustainability solutions. If you thrive in a client focused role this is the job for you!
You will be based in our London office with a multi-disciplinary team of consultants who provide holistic services that are exemplary in their breadth and design.
Your Responsibilities:
- Supporting with the delivery of BREEAM for submission to BRE at the design stage and post construction stage
- Assist with the delivery of planning applications and sustainability reporting
- Attend client meetings to provide sustainability advice and be the point of contact for our portfolio clients
- Undertake business development as a matter of course, expanding our reach and client base by promoting our services with existing and potential clients
- Develop connections within the industry
You will be someone who:
- Has experience carrying out BREEAM Assessments
- Is highly organised
- Has experience managing multiple projects at once
- Can frame a problem/request, synthesise information, ask the right questions, and pull-out insights to inform decision making
- Has the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

- Compensation: We offer a competitive salary + performance-based bonus
- Holidays/Time Off: We want you to relax, you’ll have 24 days off (20 holidays plus an extra day off to enjoy your birthday as well as three additional days off at Christmas) plus bank holidays, throughout the year. Time off entitlement will increase to 29 days pa after 2 years’ service (plus bank holidays).
- Hybrid Working: We give you flexibility between working at our office in Southwark and working from home
- Working from home (abroad): Once a year it is possible to be out of the office for a maximum of 4 weeks. This can comprise 2 weeks annual leave and 2 weeks work from home (abroad, in different locations).
