Shift Period: Breakfast / Lunch - predominately
Experience: 1 years experience at a supervisory level in a fast paced style restaurant.
Previous experience with the micros / Symphony would be advantageous.
A good level of French would be desirable but not essential.
Basic Food hygiene Level 2 or equivalent is required.
Restaurant Supervisor
Our Restaurant is looking for an ambitious and professional individual to work the Breakfast & lunch time shift.
This position would suit someone who is keen to take on new challenges and who will be committed to providing a courteous and professional service to our guests.
You will report to the Restaurant Manager, and your duties will include ensuring the smooth running of the restaurant by supervising, motivating and supporting the team.
You will be expected to deal with all guests requests effectively, to the best of your ability and to the required standard. You will have excellent communication skills, be fluent in English, and have the ability to work under pressure. You will also have excellent time management, be adaptable, flexible and ready to learn.
