POSITION: Process ANALYST INTERN
We are looking for a Process Analyst Intern to join our Service Growth analytics team to facilitate custom analysis related to both Operational Excellence and SIOP (Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning).
OVERVIEW:
The primary areas of involvement:
- Engage operational and functional teams to identify formal and informal process activities
- Map existing commercial and operational processes
- Gather relevant process performance metrics to identify current performance levels and track improvement
- Identify and recommend process improvements
- Map future state processes
- Build change plans to implement process improvement
- Leverage lean and six sigma tools and principles
- Use change management tactics to engage and influence stakeholders
PREFERRED DEGREE BACKGROUND:
- Engineering
- Computer Science
- Math Sciences
- Business
