An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our People and Organisational Development Directorate as HR Manager on an 18-month fixed term contract in the first instance. This generalist role combines operational Human Resource activities with the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR services.
To be successful in the role you will need to show compassionate leadership and excellent interpersonal skills that will enable you to manage and lead the HR function on a day-to-day basis. Working alongside the Head of HR you will contribute to and help deliver our people plan, so being able to inspire and manage change is critical.
We are seeking an experienced and qualified HR professional who can bring something extra to our team. Whether moving from the public, private or not for profit sector, your breadth of knowledge and experience will bring value to this role and across all departments of the Organisation
