Medacs Global Group are recruiting for a Client Manager for our Workforce solutions division to work on a hybrid basis out of our London offices.
You will be engaging with the client on all aspects of the contract, developing strategic relationships to understand the client temporary staffing challenges and match services to alleviate and improve those challenges.
Here's some of the key responsibilities:

Take ownership of all client requirements and acting as a senior point of contact for all client/supplier queries

Manage and develop senior client relationships

Attend regular client review meetings, completing a detailed account plan after each meeting to communicate the key action points and feedback to all internal customers

Monitor and review performance against SLA requirements by analysing fill rates and expenditure
-
Liaise closely with colleagues offering contract support and advice
-
Analyse client and market trends to identify opportunities and areas for development

Work with the marketing team to identify sponsorship and advertising opportunities
-
Liaise with colleagues from other areas of the Workforce Solutions business to highlight new business opportunities and develop joint strategies

Manage agency relationships
-
Ensure timesheets and billing is handled in a prompt manner

Deal with any account and reporting issues
