Job Description
· Location: Remote UK
· Reports to: Digital Systems & Process Lead
· Status: Permanent, 37.5 hours per week.
· Salary: £23,000 - £25,000

To assist the Operations Department in the development, delivery, and measurement of robust operations, with a strong focus on creating value for our customers. You will be self-motivated to constantly seek and achieve best practice, with a determination to find new ways to being efficiencies in our processes. We expect you to bring ideas and energy to support innovations in the business, maintaining a balanced, systematic, and organised approach to work.
The ideal candidate will have an experience and knowledge of:
· Auditing, analysing and documenting business processes.
· Implementing automation improvements.
· Document / Quality Management Systems (D/QMS).
· Business information methodologies.
· Project work.
· Reporting with tool such as Excel, PowerBI etc.
· Assisting with data gathering and analysis.
· Using MS Office 365, including PowerApps.
Key Skills
· Effective communication and working collaboratively.
· A motivated self-learner and efficiently prioritise work.
· Eye for detail with an awareness of the big picture.
· A critical and analytical mindset.

Requirements
· Level 3 – Business Studies/Management or IT (A level or BTEC) or equivalent experience
Duties and Responsibilities
· Assist with the development, delivery, and measurement of key business operations.
· Administration of Document Management System.
· Support and assist in the quality control of CRM data and processes.
· Aid in the communication and training of newly implemented business processes.
· Deliver business reporting, such KPIs, both internally and externally.
· Be a key contributor to business projects.
· Be an ambassador for best practice and excellence.
