We currently have a vacancy for a Learning Resource Assistant, based predominantly at our Bede campus, working as part of our wider IT and Learning Resources Team. This role is primarily focused on maintaining the learning resource centre environment and working on the Heritage library management system and associated library duties. You will be expected to provide library and IT support and you will also be involved with demonstrating to individuals and groups the use of learning resources available across the college.

We are looking for somebody who ideally has previous experience of working in a library or similar service, although this is not essential. You will need to be enthusiastic and reliable with good communication skills and a commitment to delivering an outstanding service to our students and staff. This is a full-time role (35 hours per week) term-time only (38 weeks).
