Eurotunnel manages, maintains, and operates the Channel Tunnel Fixed Link Concession between Folkestone and Coquelles, France. Opened on 6 May 1994, the Fixed Link is a rolling motorway which transports passenger and commercial freight vehicles on board Shuttles across the Channel at 140kph, in 35 minutes. It also allows the running of third-party passenger and railfreight trains. The advantages of the Channel Tunnel are security, reliability, speed, frequency, and respect for the environment.
In 2020, thanks to rigorous management and strong commitment from our teams, Getlink delivered a solid operational and financial performance, in an exceptional context marked by the Covid crisis and Brexit.
A new and fantastic opportunity has arisen at Eurotunnel. We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual who will be responsible for all loyalty and CRM experiences delivered to Eurotunnel's Passenger Customers, whilst defining and implementing a new strategy for new marketing capabilities.
You will be pivotal in shaping the company's ambitious marketing strategy by helping deliver a market leading experience for our customer centricity at every step of the journey, driving increase revenue, profit, customer engagement and the right information at the right time.
We are seeking an individual who demonstrates strong leadership skills, with proven ability to develop, motivate and engage a team, creating a positive and effective working culture.
You must be educated to Degree Level or equivalent, with a qualification in Digital/ICT. You must have extensive knowledge and experience in leading internal and external Loyalty & CRM programs and teams. You will require experience working in a CRM/Marketing role, preferably in a B2C environment and be able to exhibit successful experience in fostering long-term relationships with marketing and loyalty partners.
Due to the bi-national environment, the ability to communicate in both English and French would be an advantage.
A valid Driving License and Passport is an absolute requirement.
