Job Description

New Business Account Executive - Sales


Salary Up to £60,000 | OTE £120,000 per annum | Fantastic benefits | Hybrid in Oxford office


One of the UK's leading Azure Partners are looking for a talented New Business Sales Executive professional to contribute to the continued growth of the business. Focused on new business sales of enterprise Cloud Solutions utilising Microsoft Azure, Office 365 and other Microsoft technologies. We are looking for someone who has experience in consultative selling of Cloud Solutions to senior business leaders. You will be working with a multidisciplinary team of Project Managers, Cloud Solution Architects and Cloud Solution Engineers.


If you are passionate about being successful selling complex cloud solutions and have experience working in this environment, then we would love to have a conversation with you. Experience selling Microsoft Cloud solutions is highly preferred but not essential; if you have the core skills, experience, track record and confidence to join the a Sales Team at the cutting edge of cloud solution sales combined with a desire to succeed, then we want to hear from you.


The New Business Account Executive role will have the following responsibilities:


Marketing


  • Conduct research to aid in Lead - Opportunity qualification
  • Qualify and develop leads generated by the Lead Gen process
  • Direct calling, emailing, and use of social media to qualify leads
  • Working with Marketing to contribute to the development of Lead Gen campaigns

CRM Management

  • Continuously manage and maintain Opportunities in Dynamics CRM, ensuring that

the data contained in your accounts is accurate and up to date in order to feed into

the strategic plan and associated performance against target

  • Add new Opportunities to CRM
  • Maintain an Opportunity Narrative in CRM at an agreed frequency
  • Create Quotes

Consultative Selling


  • Use a structured approach to conduct research into target clients:
  • industry challenges
  • Recent changes in the client's company,
  • The Customer PoC role and likely priorities
  • Build customer rapport to open up positive customer conversations
  • Build trust with the customer
  • Build a deep understanding of the customer’s needs, priorities and constraints
  • Work with internal Technical Lead and Project Team to build a comprehensive

solution and propose back to the customer

  • Problem solve and ensure the customer’s challenges are always central to the

Solution Proposal

  • Manage objection handling
  • Devise a Customer Strategy and maintain momentum

New Sales Administration


  • Initiate new customer administration process
  • Request to Projects Coord to send MSA to prospective new customer
  • Create ROM costs
  • Oversee and contribute to the creation of Solution Proposals
  • Initiate the production Contractual documentation for new customers
  • Negotiate the Solution Contract with the Customer

Project Coordination


  • Coordinate closely with the Projects Team while solution delivery is underway
  • Participate is Workflow Reviews on all in-flight projects to ensure any issues can be

raised and cleared quickly and you have full operational awareness of the account

Continuous Improvement

  • Continuously evaluate systems and processes to drive efficiency effectiveness

across the whole company.


The New Business Account Executive role will require the following skills:

  • Strong Microsoft Cloud knowledge

  • Outstanding verbal communication with the ability to understand the customers

  • Ability to multi task effectively;
  • Confidence working in both a team environment and independently;
  • Excellent time management;
  • Solid self-assessment skills

Whilst not essential, it would be desirable if you have experience in the following areas:


Azure and M365 cloud technologies


  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Hyperscale cloud
  • Experience using Dynamics CRM

Soft Skills - Personal

This role is a permanent role based out of our Oxford head office..

Remote working is supported, with an expectation that the offices are attended when required.
