We’re looking for somebody who sounds like you!
Why Hereford?
Embedding HEINEKEN Herefordshire as the Global Home of Cider is a challenge we all embrace. Our historic Herefordshire heartland is home to the world’s largest Cider production site, our cider mill at Ledbury and more than 5,000 acres of orchards. We also partner with local growers as we use more than 20% of all apples grown in the UK to make our celebrated cider brands. From Strongbow and Bulmers to Old Mout, a spirit of innovation inspires our craft - and with a string of new styles and flavours to enjoy including our new brand Inchs and our summer favourite Strongbow Rosé, our future is one you’ll want to be part of.
What’s the role?
Reporting directly to the Brewery Manager, you will be responsible for championing and continuing to develop the ongoing implementation of our TPM (Total Productive Management) strategy into the Hereford site. This is a key role that involves coordinating, organising and supporting TPM implementation in line with TPM Strategic Plans, with the overall vision of achieving sustainable and continuous improvement.
With your proven experience in leading and influencing change management initiatives, along with your strong communication, coaching and facilitating skills, you will become the Hereford TPM Champion, supporting, and driving site, national and global TPM strategies. You will be educating and involving colleagues as you identify problem areas and ensure these are brought to the attention of the relevant responsible parties.
What are we looking for?
We’re looking for a supportive and hands-on leader who is focused on improvement and can ensure that our goals and plans are aligned with the business’ overall strategy. On top of this, the ideal candidate may also have:
- Experience in delivering and driving continuous improvement/ Lean/TPM practices in a similar environment.
- Experience in change management and facilitation
- A continuous improvement mindset
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
Life at HEINEKEN
We’re building a future that embraces innovation, sustainability, diversity and, of course, the opportunity for our 2,400 UK colleagues to make the most of their careers.
We encourage all our colleagues to grow and reach their full potential. We’re also well-aware that successful careers seldom run in a straight line, so if you’re in search of fresh opportunities (including global or cross-functional moves), mentoring or simply want to pick up a new skill, you’ll have access to all the support you need.
Caring for people & the planet is one of our core values and we understand that each of our colleagues’ needs and circumstances are different. This is why we have a smarter working policy in place which includes access to hybrid working, flexible start and finish times and condensed hours, to name a few.
Our colleagues love life at HEINEKEN, and we’re confident you’ll feel the same way – but don’t take our word for it. Search the #LifeAtHEINEKENUK hashtag on LinkedIn to hear from our colleagues about what makes HEINEKEN such a special business to be a part of.
