Have Site Management experience in the delivery of civils and Mechanical projects

Experience of working in a collaborative design and build environment

A thorough understanding of safety, environmental and quality management processes

And a thorough understanding of commercial, contractual and procurement processes

Familiarity of working with NEC Form of Contract
-
The following training accreditations are essential: list them here (i.e. SMSTS, CSCS,)

In addition to the training above we require the ideal candidate to have SHEA Gas Passport and / or SCO 1&2 / SCO 91

Work / Life Balance – typical working hours are Monday to Friday from 07:30-17:00; we would only work weekends by exception. Whilst the role is site-based, we’re set up to permit agile working.
