About the Role:
The role holder is responsible for leading cross-functional global project teams through a stage-gate process to ensure delivery of projects on-time, in-full and within budget with full end to end project responsibility from idea generation to launch. Primarily focused on NPD launches for liquid products such as our leading disinfectant Zoflora, manufactured locally in our liquids Centre of Excellence at Linthwaite, which are been developed in the UK for multiple international market launches.
On a day-to-day basis you will:
- Manage complex NPD/EPD projects of £1-10M in value for multiple market launches
- Lead and coordinate the work stream leaders and where appropriate 3rd party suppliers to ensure their inputs into the project are delivered to specification, time and budget
- Collaborate with the UK development team and internal functions such as portfolio management, local and global regulatory affairs, medical and clinical affairs, Business Units and affiliates as well as external partners like CDMOs
- Creation and maintenance of project plans regarding time, scope and resources and corresponding status reports.
- Manage the project scope with holistic view on the project (requirement collection, define and agree the scope, manage integrated scope changes aligned with key project team stakeholder – e.g.: TPP)
- Risk analysis and escalation
- Support of the Head of Global Project Management and other project managers in the STADA PMO community in process improvements for international projects

- A strong track record in project management leading NPD projects within a FMCG environment, preferably within OTC or health & beauty markets.
- Ideally a relevant Degree/PM certification
- Commercial acumen and a sound understanding of business and different functions with regard to the delivery of NPD, including operating with 3rd party suppliers.
- Good knowledge of pharmaceutical product development processes and regulatory procedures
- Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills and able to build effective working relationships with third party suppliers, factory teams, brand teams and commercial teams.
