As a CEO Advisor, you'll be part of a great team who handle high level complaints mainly relating to Currys or ID Mobile, that come from our Chief Executive Office. Every contact requires you to be a brand ambassador and to deliver an exceptional service.
As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for:
Handling and resolving complaints via email while aiming for first contact resolution-
Managing red flags from Customer Service to mitigate any brand risk

Delivering exceptional customer service, placing the customer at the heat of everything you do
You will need:
Excellent written skills.-
