Assistant Building Safety Officer
Location: Wembley HA9 0HP
Salary: £34,407

About the Role

A fast paced and dynamic role, where the successful candidate will be tasked with assisting the Building Safety Team to ensure the organisation fulfils its statutory obligations regarding all current and future fire regulations, including Regulatory Reform (fire Safety) Order 2005, Fire Safety Act 2021, and Building Safety Act 2022. The Assistant Building Safety Officer is a unique, developing role whereby the duties will be a blend of site visits, desktop work and supporting with department-wide projects. This is an exciting role for someone looking to progress into the fire and building safety industry and develop a more technical understanding of the requirements for the responsible person.
  • This role will require a Basic DBS
  • We offer hybrid working, you are required to attend your place of work 3 days a week and details will be discussed during the recruitment process.
  • The role is require regular site visits across our property stock.
  • A valid UK driving license with access to own vehicle insured for business use is preferred.
