Job description

You will encourage and support members to maintain their independence and empower them to make choices and decisions in all aspects of their care and support.

We are looking for someone who is caring; who enjoys listening and talking to others and who is enthusiastic in helping people achieve the things in life that are important to them. The role is varied and duties are changeable throughout the course of the day. You must have the ability to prioritize and work flexibly with colleagues to ensure tasks are achieved within required timescales.
