We are looking for a bright, committed and enthusiastic individual to join our friendly team as an administrative assistant tp reform a variety of admin tasks.Working closely with and reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role would suit an organised individual with a strong eye for detail and motivation to learn.This role is initially part time and will involve occasional travel to different offices.
Your responsibilities will include:Accurately inputting data, Collaborating closely and providing proactive administrative support to the Managing director, ensure all processes are implemented and high performance standards are maintained, create business reports and assist with additional aspects of the company's business as required, help to create a positive and supportive culture that enables our colleagues to excel and make our company a great place to work.
