Job Description
An undeniable love for art + a wordsmith at heart. You are the undisputed middleweight social creative champions of the UK with at least 3 years of experience. As a mid-weight Creative Team (Art/Copy), you will take on briefings and strategies and turn them into (award winning) concepts and/or 360 campaigns for international and UK clients.
Goal of the position
The goal of the position is that your output should contain big ideas, newsworthy and PR-driven activations, socially engaging content, video concepts and more. You bridge the gap between strong rooted cultural insights and unconventional and attention-grabbing ideas.
From concept to presentations, to execution and production, you will be in the lead.
You will work alongside and report to a Creative Director.
What will you be doing?
Creatively
-
Think of and create original and effective (award-winning) concepts and campaigns (mainly focussed on social and digital) within budget;

Translate insights into creative concepts;

Come up with ideas for both existing and non- existing clients;

Visualizing a concept and turning it into high-quality results;
-
Write copy in an enticing way and craft it to perfection.

Oversee and guide designers and editors creating the creative output.
Lead

Ownership of multiple clients and their deadlines.

Lead brainstorms and presentations.

Guiding designers, editors.

Elevate existing ideas.

Oversee budgets.
Client

Create concept presentations, including sketches and mock-ups, copy.

Present and sell ideas to clients on a Social / Jr. Brand Manager level.
