Key tasks and Responsibilities
· Make a minimum of 40 calls per day to new business prospects
· Call prospects off an existing database of businesses
· Prospect and generate your own leads
· Work and develop an existing database of prospects to win new business.
· Work closely with a Business Development Manager to bring on new customers
· Update CRM system with accurate data and activity
· Discuss service offering with prospects to generate interest
· Close new business over the phone
· Accurately price customer requirements
· Prepare weekly figures to report
Key Skills required
· Good work ethic and hungry to learn and develop themselves more
· Experience working in a proactive sales or cold calling role
· Experience of generating own sales leads
· Experience of working towards and hitting targets & KPI’s
· Good administration and organisation skills
· Strong communication skills
· Influencing and negotiations
· Strong organisational skills with ability to manage conflicting priorities
· Smart and professional attitude
