The role:
We are a rapidly growing, health-tech start-up and we're looking for a Regional Recruitment Manager to passionately drive hiring targets each month for your assigned region and the branches within the region. You'll also establish a high performing team that strives to achieve targets and continuous improvement.
You'll be responsible for:
Ensuring that the region and individual branches achieve their hiring targets
Ensure that hiring targets are aligned with resources and action plans
Identify blockages in pipelines for each branch, working with Operations, Marketing, L&D, others to unblock issues as required
Escalate issues that you have not been able to resolve to the appropriate person(s)
Input into decisions around prospective business tenders - ie can we successfully recruit
Assist and/or lead recruitment mobilisation activity
Relationship Management : Build a productive & structured relationship with the branches in your region
Monthly review meetings with each branch & monthly call with RD to discuss issues and opportunities
Where required, fortnightly or weekly meetings (eg branch in distress, growth plans)
Weekly email communication to all RMs / AMs / RD with branch status update
Visit a branch at least once per month
Support local initiatives - eg job fairs - as required
People Management : Build a high performing team that achieves its goals
Monitor inputs on a daily basis on an individual level
Weekly and monthly 1:1 with each team member
Coaching team members - role play, call coaching
Carer recruitment leadership : an active participant in the recruitment team
Personal behaviour should reflect company values
Contribute to general and specific discussion around the development of our services
Collaborate with peers to ensure we help ensure we hit our collective goals
