Job Description
We’re looking for our first ever in-house Graphic Designer/Artworker to support the marketing, menu and people teams across all of Loungers brands, including The Lounges, Cosy Club and our exciting new concept Brightside. Based at our Head Office in Bristol, this role will report into the marketing director but will have multiple stakeholders to juggle across the business.
Working closely with the Marketing Director and brand leads, this role will have close interaction with our external creative agency who shape our brand and campaign identities. The in-house nature of this role means that the Graphic Designer/Artworker will be able to work quickly and effectively when delivering assets across a number of formats.
Key Responsibilities of the role:
- Working across all consumer-facing brands - resizing campaign assets (both print and digital formats) e.g. print ads, social media posts, flyers, etc
- Deliver full asset packs to support our new site openings (invites, barriers, posters, tokens etc)
- Close working with Marketing Director to deliver assets required by the People team to improve our employer brand
- Supporting both Menu and People teams to deliver back of house and training tools where content updates are required (non customer-facing tools)
Skills & Experience required:
- 2-5 years’ experience in graphic design
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Able to manage their workload and different stakeholders across the business
- Hyper-organised. Resourceful and always ‘can-do’. Adept at juggling multiple priorities and tight timelines
