Reporting to Office Administrator
Job Summary
To provide administrative support for the office as well as assisting the Trafalgar teams as and when required.
Key Responsibilities
Help ensure the smooth running of the 4th floor, and 8th floor when required.
Be the first point of contact on 4th Floor for all enquiries via telephone, email or in person, ensuring all enquiries are dealt with appropriately and passed on to the correct person.
Organise the meeting rooms, hot desks, stationery, and refreshments on the floor.
Order cars, taxis, and couriers, as well as making deliveries by hand, as required.
General administration and research assistance, as required, and fulfilling any other task as reasonably delegated by the line manager or senior members of staff.
Deliver, collect, and distribute external and internal post.
