Retail Consultant
Field-based (Welwyn Garden City & Cambridge Area) / Full Time / Permanent
Your responsibilities
Provide information and advice to potential consumers of BSH appliances at point of sale, representing all BSH brands including consumer products in a positive, knowledgeable and professional manner
Convey understanding of our product features, benefits and how these are valuable to the consumer
Provide excellent product knowledge on BSH appliances to staff
Support national marketing activities and events including road shows, exhibitions, trade fairs and new store openings as required
Working within designated John Lewis stores (Welwyn and Cambridge) to maintain and grow the BSH share of business
Your profile
Represent BSH brands in a professional manner at all times. Maintain a high level of personal appearance, attendance and punctuality, developing respect with John Lewis Partners and BSH colleagues
Self-motivated and enthusiastic, being able to work unsupervised and also be a strong team player
Prepared to be flexible / adaptable to work with a variety of our customer base on busiest trading periods including weekends
Basic IT literacy, numerate and literate
Confident with good communication skills
