We are looking for a Shift Leader to join the Krispy Kreme team at our Manchester, Trafford Park store. If you are over 18 years old and have previous shift leader experience or are looking to progress into a shift leader role, then we would love to hear form you.
The store is open between 7am and 1am throughout the week. We are therefore looking for shift leaders, who are happy to work a minimum of 30 hours/ week, 4 or 5 days/ week Monday to Sunday, 8 hours shifts between 6am and 01:15am.

What you’ll do day to day:
· Provide mentoring and coaching to team members.
· Assist and support with all training.
· Support the Retail Store Manager with team rotas.
· Lead team briefings
· Serve our famous doughnuts and beverages with first class customer.
· Maintain stock levels, replenishing displays and campaign POS.
· Make customer recommendations and upsell products using your expert knowledge.
· Ensure that every doughnut is displayed and boxed to the highest standard.
