This role will be critical in establishing the launch of Titania’s Enterprise class solution. With an exciting and impactful company vision, we are looking to enhance and expand our Software Engineering team with a high performing DevOps Engineer to deliver on time, on spec DevOps solutions

The role:
We are looking for an experience DevOps Engineer who enjoys working in Agile teams.
You will be passionate about all aspects of the CI/CD process, with a powerful desire to seek out improvements and refinements to those processes and to implement new as required.
As an advocate of secure delivery, you will also champion the introduction and improvement of Security within the overall DevOps processes. Working remotely, you will collaborate closely with your team, software engineering, QA, Product Managers and Delivery to ensure all aspects of CI/CD are executed. There are opportunities for on-site team days in Worcester (usually once a quarter) where we all get together to share ideas and look forward to our next phase of delivering our product roadmap.
You will:
- Continually improve the efficiency of delivery processes through CI/CD.
- Strive to improve the reporting, monitoring and support of DevOps processes.
- Guide and mentor team members on the provision of technical solutions..
- Deliver On-Spec, On-Time DevOps solutions; planning reviewing and aiding development through the Agile process.

You Must Have:
- Experience with containers and Docker.
- Experience with creating and maintaining continuous integration.
- Python scripting experience.
- An understanding of version control using Git.
- Knowledge of developing in C++ and/or Java.
- AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification or equivalent would be desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of elements of the CI/CD process
- Improve CI/CD processes through automation and refinement
- Maintain and fine-tune existing applications and services to meet performance targets as business expands
- Work with software engineers to ensure that established processes are followed, and work as intended
- Participate in Agile Ceremonies
- Collaborate with internal IT and align with internal IT processes
- Investigate and fix root cause of CI/CD application defects
- Collaborate in reviews of specifications, with others as appropriate
- Support other members of Engineering and DevOps as required through advice, guidance, and mentoring
