Role Purpose
An exciting opportunity has emerged for a brand-new key support role, working with both the Consumer Derm and OTC Hubs, to develop the Trade Marketing function within these teams. You’ll support sales and profit growth by improving our relationship with Retail partners, elevating the brand presence and delivering our brand vision in a retail space, optimising performance and improving conversion across all retail channels (on and offline).

- A strong track record in a sales/marketing role (ideally trade marketing and/or customer marketing) within the FMCG sector, working with top 5 retailers.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to work against tight deadlines.
- Visual merchandising and trade show/exhibition experience.
- Solid commercial acumen with expertise in developing sales processes and monitoring and reacting to competitors.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to build strong external partnerships, and further develop the retailer and wholesaler strategy in collaboration with Hub Directors, Sales Director, Brand managers and Key Account team.
