This position is for people living in the West Bromwich area.The shifts available are Monday to Sunday:
AM- 06:30 till 14:00
PM- 15:00 till 22:00
ALL CARE WORKER ARE REQUIRED TO WORK ALTERNATE WEEKENDS
We offer full training, FREE DBS*, a competitive salary, flexible working hours as well as paid travel time between calls that is NOT factored into the hourly rate. We also pay an enhanced rate over weekends, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day-and if you are a car driver with the necessary business insurance policies you also get paid mileage on top of the above!
As a care assistant you will be involved in maintaining an individual’s wishes to remain in the comfort of their own home, and you will be required to carry out tasks such as:
*Manual Handling
*Personal care
*Medication Administration
*Meal Preparation and support with Nutritional and Hydration needs
*Companionship
*Domestic Tasks
*Catheter and Continence Care

All positions are subject to an Enhanced DBS check, which we will assist you in applying for if you do not hold an Adults and Children Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, along with satisfactory references and right to work checks.
* Free DBS will granted providing successful completion of probationary period of 3 months. Failiure to do so will mean a deduction from your final wage.

Experience:
- Care Assistants: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence and access to a car (preferred)
