We are currently looking for Experience Care Assistants to support our complex needs client in their own home.
The client has epilepsy and challenging behavior, along with other complex health conditions.

Amount of hours per week are between 12-24 hours.

Working hours can be 8am till 8pm or 9am till 9pm (for 2 days during the week Tuesday to Saturday)
As a Care Specialist you will be joining a skilled and passionate team, who put our clients are the heart of everything they do. Your responsibilities will include:

Companionship - Providing company and emotional support to our clients
-
Home help - Helping with light housework such as cleaning or vacuuming
-
Mobility support - Helping with mobility around the home and to carry out tasks
-
Meal preparation - Helping to shop for and/or prepare meals and drinks
-
Medication assistance - Prompting or assisting with medication
-
Engagement in the local community & help with shopping or running errands
-
Personal care – Where required, helping with personal hygiene, bathing, and continence support

It is essential you have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
You will need to have at least 6 months experience working with clients who have Autism and Learning disabilities
