As part of the D&T Consumer ‘Digital Marketing’ team, the CRM Technology Specialist will play a crucial role in making this a reality, in partnership with our global business sponsors, implementation partner, and market stakeholders.
Purpose of role:
You will significantly contribute to driving personalisation at scale across our client's. You will work alongside our client's (D&T) CRM Product Owner as a key point of contact and SME for the roll-out of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), as well as supporting on legacy CRM technology.
Summary:
- Be a trusted partner of the CRM Business Owner
- Be a key point of contact to the SFMC global implementation partner, the D&T Run/BAU operations team, and execution agencies
- Be a key communicator and link between marketing stakeholders, the SFMC implementation partner, in addition to the legacy CRM supplier
- Be the subject matter expert on the latest offerings and best practices within the Salesforce ecosystem to ensure markets already onboard SFMC are getting the most out of the technology
Top Accountabilities:
1. Successful delivery of the global implementation of SFMC in partnership with the D&T implementation partner
2. Development and maintenance of the SFMC product vision
3. Provide ongoing and timely communication to the global business sponsors to ensure aligned approach to stakeholders
4. Identification of business requirements and translation into product requirements
5. Management and prioritisation of the SFMC backlog
6. Oversee successful deliver of UAT and validation of campaign components and configuration
7. Responsible for process ownership and development of documentation of existing and new CRM tech processes, releases and updates
8. Ensure ongoing technology compliance by obtaining relevant approvals when required
9. Validate D&T BAU operation processes to ensure they meet the requirements of the business
10. Support on developing data governance processes to ensure agencies have the data they need to execute at pace
11. Oversee legacy supplier activity and deliver necessary tasks to ensure existing market execution process is seamless
Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
- Proven experience scaling technology within a global FMCG/previous CRM implementation experience (ideally Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
- Deep understanding of consumer experience and consumer journeys
- Good understanding of Consumer Data Platforms
- Experience working in a technical product owner role within a global FMCG
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification*
- Service Now working knowledge is a plus
- Exposure to agile methodology of project management
