We are an innovative and technologically advanced business operating at the forefront of a rapidly expanding market with ambitions for both national and international expansion. We are proud to remain founder owned and they continue to be hugely engaged in our mission to provide exceptional care and value to our patients.
Working in a small team and reporting into the Senior Management Accountant with a dotted line to the FD, you will be a key part of an effective finance team. Unlike other businesses who limit themselves with hierarchy and bureaucracy, you will be encouraged to build relationship with key stakeholders inside and outside the business.
We will be looking for you to:
- Own the detailed ledgers, inputting invoices, reconciling the bank and setting up payment runs.
- Review our daily sales, confirm billing and match payments.
- Manage inbound queries from suppliers, perform statement reconciliations, resolve queries and be proactive in providing solutions.
- Build relationships within the business and with key suppliers.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and be an asset to the team.
- Start or continue your professional studies, working towards ACCA, CIMA or equivalent. We’ll support you on the journey with a generous study leave package.
In your career to date you will have demonstrated initiative, ambition and a positive attitude. You will be willing to work hard to get the job done, have a solutions-focused mindset, be able to act with autonomy and be accountable for delivering exceptional work.
In return we will ensure you are well remunerated and, more importantly, will help you to develop key skills and provide you with opportunities that will allow you to progress in your career with us and beyond.
We are operating a semi-remote function with a focus on outcomes not hours worked. You will be trusted to manage your workload to deliver the best outcomes for you and the business.
