We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;
- Responsible for safely managing operational processes on key areas of the contract(s), working with the customer and acting as key point of contact for day to day activities
- Responsible for working in conjunction with the management team to drive high performance amongst their operational team and within their area of responsibility
- Support the site management team in attaining and maintaining best in class performance for Health & Safety, EOS, individual and team development and continuous Improvements

- Experience of working within operations
- Project Management experience
- Leadership skills with at least 1-3 years' experience of managing a team
- Significant experience in managing a logistics service operating in a third party environment
- Fully understanding of performance measures, KPI's including implemementation of and measuring performance against such measures
- OMS experience
