JOB DESCRIPTION
An excellent opportunity for an experienced Customer Services/Office Administrator is now available within a growing property management company based in Bromley.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
The main duties of the role are as follows:
- General office administration;
- Dealing with conveyancing enquiries;
- Maintaining necessary records;
- Assisting the Property Manager;
- Dealing with phone and email enquiries; and
- Dealing with property maintenance contractors.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
To be considered for this position, you must have previous administration experience, gained within a commercial environment.
A flexible approach and the ability to work to your own initiative is also vital.
The ideal candidate must also be able to demonstrate the following:
- Strong teamworking skills;
- Proficient communication and typing skills;
- Good organisational skills;
- Ability to demonstrate initiative;
- Ability to problem solve;
- Professional approach to customer services;
- Excellent telephone manner;
- Strong time management skills; and
- A good working knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel.
Experience within the property management industry and/or within a customer services experience gained in a commercial environment would also be an advantage.
Minimum qualification requirements:
· Maths and English (GCSE/O Level) – Grade C.
SCHEDULE:

Salaries will be negotiable depending on experience and will reflect the responsibility of the position and the contribution of the employee.
LOCATION:
Ideally, the candidate will live within 20 minutes of Locksbottom, Kent.
