RTC Resources Healthcare Agency have an exciting opportunity for experienced Healthcare assistants to work in a well-established Care and Nursing homes.
We have ongoing work available to suit your availability. Shift times will vary from long days to nights dependant on your availability. We are seeking a caring and compassionate individual who enjoys interacting with the elderly and assisting them with their day to day lives.
We can offer you a competitive rate. starting from £11.50

Healthcare assistant job description:
· Updating patients’ charts and daily notes to keep track of their progress
· Listening to patients and providing them with relevant feedback and support
· Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing, eating and toileting.
· Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as dusting, vacuuming and changing bed clothes.
· Assist in the safe lifting, transferring, repositioning and movement of clients.
· Accompany clients to medical appointments.
· Observe, monitor and record clients' physical and emotional well-being, and promptly report any changes to senior staff.
· Encourage clients to participate in social and recreational activities.

As a Healthcare assistant you will need to hold the following requirements:
· At least 6 months UK experience within a care home.
· Right to work in the UK
· Be able to provide x2 UK references covering the last 1 year’s employment.
· DBS In date
· Mandatory training
· BOTH COVID VACCINATIONS
