The role
We’re now looking for a motivated Insurance Consultant based from our Swindon office and working on our Renewals (Personal Lines), to join the Jensten Group. We are looking for a driven salesperson who can display strong customer service skills, has good attention to detail and has ideally worked in a similar role previously. And if you already have an Insurance background - then even better! Some key objectives & responsibilities will include:
- Working within the Renewals team with the aim of maximising sales and client retention.
- Responsible for delivering great customer service and administering insurance policies.
- Responsible for hitting and exceeding realistic targets.
- Strong customer service skills, communicating clearly and building relationships.
- Working in a fast paced and target driven environment.
About you
As one of our Insurance Consultants, you’ll be given full training & support and the opportunity to go on and gain relevant qualifications such as Cert CII to become a qualified Insurance professional. There will be the requirement to work every other Saturday- but only half a day, and you’ll get this time back during the week. You will also be able to earn a commission bonus (on realistic achievable targets) which is uncapped! You will be or have:
- Great customer service and communication skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Drive and genuine passion to learn and develop within Insurance and sales
- Worked in a similar role previously (telephone and face-2-face sales experience)
- Good attention to detail and can multi-task, updating relevant systems and admin
- Insurance background- especially in Personal Lines such as Home or Motor (ideally)
