That is why we offer mandatory training including auto-enrolment onto our 12-week Care Certificate course. As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will support teams across Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust to deliver safe and high quality care to all our patients, be adaptable and responsive in order to provide a service that is tailored to meet the needs of the individual.
