We’re making life at home better for everyone. This is a fundamental role to support our ambition to continually grow the business.
What you’ll do
- Undertake Electrical Installation and repair works on Boilers, Air Conditioning Units, Electrical Vehicle Charging Points that is assigned to them through our BOXT App.
- Recognise and rectify any abnormal electrical problems or issues that are (or likely to cause) significant problems with either customers or engineers.
- Delivery of customer service excellence.
- Ensure that all customers receive accurate advice that is relevant to their circumstances.
Who you are
- Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working on Boilers as well as having excellent fault-finding skills.
- Have 18th Edition electrical wiring regulations
- Have NVQ Level 3 in electrical and City & Guilds 236 Part 1 and 2 or equivalent.
- Team Player
- Hold a clean driver licence.
- Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative.
- Basic Computer Knowledge
- Excellent organisational skills
- Prepared to learn new skills.
- Clean DBS
