Salary: £26,802 - £31,532 (depending on skills/experience)

Day to Day

  • To support the Networks Connections Operation for project creation, contract administration, performance KPI’s, RRP reporting, GSOP assurance and provision of end to end management information

  • To assist with and assure that all Connections Safety, Customer, Performance and Commercial objectives are delivered

  • Local Authority engagement (pre project construction)

  • Preparation and checking of project CDM packs for issuing to Contractors and Cadent workforce

  • Managing the issuing of and return of project packs and monitoring quality and KPI adherence

  • Preparing performance reports for contract management meetings

  • Post project pack completion inspections and assurance

  • Support Connections back office on data accuracy

  • Support Customer Team in delivering customer excellence for the Connections process.

  • Ensuring CDM legislative requirements are measured and compliant

  • Collating and monitoring end to end Connections KPI’s for reporting purposes

  • Deliver assurance on GSOP and RRP reporting periodically

  • Provide assurance on NRSWA and Street works performance.


Qualifications, Technical Skills, Leadership Skills

Qualifications

  • A Level or equivalent education and/or experience (Degree level preferable)

  • Office 365 expert level

  • Driving Licence

  • CDM SCCF –CRSE UK_TLD_HS210d (Desirable)

  • Project Management Skills –CRSE GDUK_PMS_GP013 (Desirable)

  • Safety Behaviour Awareness -CRSE UK_TLD_HS193 (Desirable)

  • Risk assessment /Method statement -CRSE UK_TLD_HS190(Desirable)

  • Relevant Gas or utility experience (Desirable).

Practical Experience

  • Good customer and communication skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and experience

  • Excellent knowledge of Connections end to end process

  • Good knowledge of street works/ reinstatement processes

  • Self-motivated and able to self-manage

  • Experience in managing contractor interfaces and performance

  • Supply chain management experience

  • Understanding of utility project Construction Design Management regulation requirements

  • Exceptional analytical skills with ability to manage large and complex data files and able to problem solve

  • Contract Management
