Who are we looking for?
Leapwork is growing exponentially. And with growth comes an exciting opportunity for an experienced scrum master or agile coach to help build and shape the expanding team in our multicultural, high-velocity and highly skilled development center based in Copenhagen.

We expect:
- you know the various agile processes and methodologies and that you have worked in several agile set-ups for minimum 8 years
- you have a fundamental understanding of software development processes and procedures and know how to improve technical outcomes by shaping processes and the work environment.
- you have strong verbal and written communication skills in English
It is considered an advantage if you have experience in working with product development in an enterprise context, but not essential.

Your new team and responsibilities
We are on a mission to build a new generation of the world’s most accessible automation platform.
You will be part of the Product organization and more specifically the Development Centre Gurgaon - and you will be responsible for one or two scrum teams that are developing the Windows platform and the new generation automation platform.
You will report to the Product Delivery Director and work closely together with the Business Analysts and Product Owners as well as Scrum Masters from the other development teams in and outside of Gurgaon.
You will contribute to and participate in the planning and execution of the scrum events and assist the tech leads and product owners in identifying and coordinating dependencies between the teams on the various cross team meetings.
Your daily tasks will include:
- orchestrating the daily scrum meetings and engaging with all team members to ensure everyone is working towards the sprint goals
- facilitating sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint demos, and sprint retrospectives
- identifying and removing potential impediments to the reach the sprint goals
- eliminating or managing any emerging dependencies through the sprint, escalating where necessary
- coaching and guiding the team through clear communication and transparency
- collaborating with other Scrum Masters in Copenhagen and from the development teams in our other locations in India and Belarus.
