Pharmacy Dispenser
Job Type: Part time, Full time, Permanent
25- 40 hours a week.
Salary: £9.80 per hour
Qualified to a minimum of NVQ level 2 in dispensary, with pharmacy experience.
We have a vacancy available for an experienced Dispenser to join our team. We are an established and busy independent pharmacy group that focuses on customer care and satisfaction.
This is an excellent opportunity for dispensers who have initiative and want to contribute to a growing business. Who will understand the importance of accuracy within our environment, and be able to demonstrate the ability to work well within a team.
Your main duties will include:
· Maintain an accurate, efficient and professional dispensing experience for all of our customers.
· Support the onsite pharmacist in achieving excellence in our customer experience and meeting all legal requirements.
Essential skills and requirements
· Qualified to a minimum of NVQ level 2 in dispensary. (Training can be provided)
· An excellent understanding of providing an enhanced customer experience.
· A high standard of English and communication skills.
· A good level of math's.
· Able to comply fully and understand the importance of customer confidentiality.
· Good organizational skills, excellent time management skills and able to work to strict deadlines and multitask.
· Able to build relationships with key partners (GP surgeries, care/nursing homes etc.)
· A willingness to learn and apply new skills.
Desirable skills and requirements
· Ideally you will have two years or more experience in a dispensary environment. Although Training is provided for a potential candidate who would like to further their career as a Dispenser.
Company information
This position is available in our Fleckney Pharmacy. This is an established independent store part of Saffron Apothecaries Ltd, reporting to a head office. Support and training is provided to all employees.
