As one of our 'Hotel Team Members you will:
- be a part of Food and Beverage Department, and Reception team in our fast paced hotel
- Improves sales, the quality of service and promotion of services in compliance with hygiene and security standards
- Convey the hotel's image through your attitude, professionalism and involvement in the field
- Ensure that all products served to guests conform to standard and are of great quality
- Provides information for guests or direct them to the right person
- Remain polite and courteous at all times whatever customers may request
- Handle any complaints immediately and sensibly, and keep the manager informed

Note: A good level of English is essential; Previous hotel experience is preferred; Shifts for the food and beverage team leader range from early mornings, to late at night and including weekends and bank holiday, and a varied rota. Full working rights for the UK are required
