We are looking for an exceptional candidate to help utilise the power of data and insights that improve the British Library's marketing and audience engagement activity. Working in a small team, you will have the opportunity to bring your analysis, programming and reporting skills to deliver data and business intelligence to inform and shape the breadth of the library's work.
Establishing strong, productive relationships with marketing, technology and other colleagues, you will help grow understanding of the Library's different audiences and be proactive in delivering data to support activities that will deepen our relationship with these audiences.
With experience in analysing data from a range of data sources - especially SQL but also Google Analytics, R Studio, CRM, email and social listening tools - you will possess strong communication skills and be confident in presenting complex information in ways that are both digestible and actionable. Working with data, it is critical that you have an understanding of data protection, privacy legislation and best practice.
