Responsibilities include:

Digital Marketing:

• Assist in set up of digital advertising campaigns & preparing campaign wrap reports using platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads & Google Ads
• Assist in the maintenance of label e-commerce platforms including Chess Club store & Bandcamp Assist in the execution of eCRM activity for the label & our artists including email newsletter design via Mailchimp, running competitions, setting up store sales, managing physical marketing mail outs
• Assist in pitching to digital platforms such as TikTok and Bandcamp for on site/app coverage
• Assist in the formulation of social posting plans for artists around releases Smart link building and maintenance
• Looking after Chess Club Spotify playlists, ensuring they stay up to date Research into competitor artists & labels online and preparing reports on activity
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions around ideas for social content, marketing activations

Content Creation:

• Assist in delivery of digital assets and social content, including some photo & video content creation
• Assist in the capture of BTS by attending gigs, music video & photo shoots
• Assist in the logistics of setting up music video & photo shoots

Label Ops:

• Working with our digital distributor to deliver audio & video products to DSPs as needed based on release schedule
• Assist in label wide pitching including sending monthly sync release mailouts, submitting for awards
• Assist in executing IRL label events such as Indie Label Market Ad hoc general office tasks such as sending post, booking couriers, ordering office supplies, booking travel
• Following up on team meetings with notes and action points where needed

Candidate Profile:

• Passionate about Indie, Pop, Alternative & Rock music with a desire to progress within digital marketing in the music industry
• Keen to attend gigs, photoshoots, video shoots & build relationships with colleagues and our artists
