The Ultra Legal and Company Secretary function is responsible for management of all material legal issues that arise across the organisation as well as processes, corporate governance and business policies and training to ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

The Ultra Legal function is responsible for strategic and operational leadership of the Group’s legal and compliance requirements and activities in support of business strategic objectives, including legal risk management and mitigation and contract and bid support.
An individual at this grade leads large teams to input into the plans of the function. Will be responsible for implementing policy and ensuring delivery within area of responsibility, linking with other parts of the function or business.
This role is inside IR35.
