As a HR Coordinator for Reckitt you will be responsible for being first line of contact for employees for Manufacturing and Supply regrading HR-related queries, acting as the first stage resolver and working closely as part of the HR people services team, based in Hull.
HR Coordinator - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Kingston upon Hull, East Yorkshire, Hybrid working - Hull site 3 days per week

You’ll succeed because… …you will have experience of working within a HR Administration position ideally within a manufacturing or shared services environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Respond to incoming emails from the central mailbox in line with SLAs, providing accurate and relevant information to key stakeholders
- Validate eligibility to work documents including visas
- Manage the pre-boarding and onboarding on new employees from handover from TA, ensuring relevant communication and paperwork is sent out timely, returned data is stored accordingly, and employees are booked onto relevant training
- Email new employees the induction and probation surveys at allocated intervals and gather feedback, including chasing non-completers to gather and interpret data on probation periods to ensure successful data retention for all new employees
- Generate contractual change letters for employees
- Input accurate data into Success Factors relating to people changes and moves, payroll information and supporting advisors/Business Partners with position management
- Leavers: creation of leaver letters following process, liaising with payroll to manage final pay/annual leave accruement etc,
- Payroll: Ensuring receipt of exception data is processed through payroll with accuracy and attention to detail and delivering payroll reviews to the HRBPs for data checking within your area.
- Handle ad-hoc payroll queries, referring and escalating
- Collating reports for your functional area for data auditing and cleansing, pay review, PDR calibration
- Record employee absence on Success Factors, in accordance with policy, and refer triggers/extensive absence to HR advisors/BPS in a timely manner.
- Arranging occupational health appointments with selected service, and communicating appointment, changes and reports as appropriate
- Support wider HR team with note-taking as needed in ER cases
- Launch maternity process with parents as notified, to ensure correct support systems are in place
- Be part of a rota for delivering the HR induction to non-supply new starters on site

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
- Previous experience working in a busy administration environment / CIPD level 3 or equivalent HR experience
- Experience with SharePoint, bespoke HR system software and Microsoft Teams
