An exciting opportunity has opened up to join our team in the Educational Psychology and Early Years SEND Support Service, working as part of a team providing business support to Educational Psychologists and Early Years Professionals supporting children and young people with special educational needs across Kirklees.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our team in a role that will primarily be related to the training and development offer the Service gives to schools, colleges, and early years settings, although there will also be other elements of general admin related to the service. You will have responsibility for all aspects of the administration of training provided by the service, working collectively with managers, key staff and business support officers to ensure an excellent experience for attendees and efficient support for trainers.

Experience of providing business support services in a large organisation

Ability to plan, develop, monitor and review the use of financial resources

Ability to demonstrate effective staff management skills

Knowledge of project management techniques and the ability to prioritise and manage ongoing project work

Advanced knowledge of applications and systems such as Microsoft Office to enable effective support and provide quality advice in relation to their use within the service

Literacy skills to be able to produce complex and specialist documentation
-
Numeracy skills to be able to produce statistical information
-
Raise and pay invoices, charges for training, reconcile payments etc using Kirklees' systems.

Organisation skills to manage your own workload and priorities and those within the team

Business Administration NVQ Level 3 or able to demonstrate equivalent skills

Be able to demonstrate and always promote excellent customer service
