Location: Homebased
Hours: 40 hours per week. Fixed shift patterns available. You will work the same shift each week. You will be required to work 1 weekend day as part of your shift pattern.

You will join Capita as part of our VMO2 team supporting new and existing VMO2 customers.

Job Description:
What will you deliver?
- Taking inbound calls in a virtual contact centre
- Delivering a service which makes your customers feel valued and supported
- D ealing with a variety of customer questions and queries
- Taking payments, setting up manageable payment plans, offering short term discounts on their bills
- £20,800 per annum
- Discounted O2 Mobile tariffs and packages
- Discounted Virgin Media broadband (must be employed a minimum of 6 months and over the age of 18 to qualify)
